Ava’s love for shopping, fashion and people is what drives her love for the retail world and finding the perfect fit for organisations. Ava started her retail career in 2019 with a very popular Australian jewellery brand that is very quickly becoming a Global favourite. Ava entered the company as a team member and quickly fell in love with the fast-paced environment and retail industry, seeing her quickly promoted to Assistant Store Manager and then Store Manager within Melbourne. Her motivation for coaching her team and success in KPIS didn’t go unnoticed and she was promoted to Regional Manager in Queensland at the age of 20, where she oversaw 4 Gold Coast Stores and 3 Regional Queensland stores.

After relocating home to Melbourne, Ava was keen to combine her love of retail and sales in a new direction and decided recruitment was the role for her! 

Outside of work, you can find Ava hanging out with her cavoodle, supporting her beloved Collingwood or finding new coffee spots around Melbourne.
