Liam Turner is the Executive Projects Lead at RWR Group, where he works closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive strategic alignment, operational clarity, and high-impact project delivery. His role sits at the intersection of systems, strategy, and execution; ensuring the right things happen at the right time, with the right focus.

Since transitioning into the recruitment industry in 2022, Liam has drawn on his extensive background in retail and the beauty sector to bring a sharp eye for detail, structure, and experience design to internal operations. Over the past two years, he’s focused on improving business performance through smarter processes, automation, and executive workflow systems that support scale and clarity.

Passionate about people-first innovation, Liam thrives in environments that value purpose, precision, and progress.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find him wandering through a museum, keeping an eye on emerging design trends, or experimenting with fashion. Originally from Wellington, New Zealand, Liam now lives and works in Sydney, Australia.
