With a strong foundation in blue-collar recruitment, Samantha began her career in 2019, specialising in the fast-paced world of warehousing and logistics.

During this time, she played a key role in an award-winning local agency, consistently topping performance tables for placing the highest number of candidates on-site and generating the highest revenue. After transitioning into an internal role to lead employee engagement initiatives, she gained valuable insight into workplace culture and the employee experience. Driven by a genuine passion for helping people as well as Fashion, she returned to recruitment to continue making a meaningful impact, connecting great talent with the right opportunities and supporting clients in building dependable, motivated teams.

Outside of work, Samantha is an early riser often up at 4am and enjoys starting her day at the gym or pilates.
