Passionate about connecting top talent with leading brands & businesses, Caitlin brings a mixture of experience to Retailworld with a few years of recruitment experience under her belt and a background in senior retail management with some of Australia's most popular premium womenswear brands. 

She enjoys understanding the unique cultural and operational needs of our clients, and the importance of providing a tailored and effective approach to each individual role, which in turn allows her to connect with the right candidates who are looking for their next dream role or wanting to pivot and explore their next passion within the retail industry. 

When she is not immersed in the world of matchmaking across our NSW executive retail space; you'll usually find Caitlin at the beach, checking out a new wine bar or taking her little Vespa around town.
