Before joining Retailworld Laura's career spanned over 20 years in Retail Leadership positions. 

An experienced retail manager, Laura has worked in multiple roles across high-end department stores and the fashion space where she loved unleashing her visual merchandising creativity. 

Laura loves working with people, understanding their needs and helping guide them to find their full potential in a role that suits each individual skill set and lifestyle.  She was recently awarded our FY23 Rookie of the Year Award acknowledging her success and trajectory within Retailworld.
