About the Role
We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Store Manager to lead a stylish fashion store in a high-profile shopping centre. This role is perfect for a manager who is passionate about building culture, driving team engagement, and delivering outstanding customer experiences alongside strong commercial results.

You will be responsible for leading a close-knit team, creating a positive store environment, and ensuring the store consistently meets its sales, VM and service targets. This is a great opportunity for a fashion-forward leader who enjoys developing people and building a strong in-store culture.

About You
You are a proven fashion retail leader with a background in apparel and a genuine passion for people and product. You lead with warmth, clarity and high standards, and you know how to create a store where both customers and team members love to be.

You will bring:

• Store Manager or Assistant Manager experience in apparel retail
• A customer-first leadership style
• Strong coaching, training and performance management skills
• A love of fashion, styling and visual merchandising
