Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Grocery Manager/ Store 2IC to oversee all aspects of our client's grocery department. The Grocery Manager will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, ensuring product quality and freshness, managing department staff, and maximizing sales and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Manage grocery department operations including ordering, stocking, and merchandising.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement control procedures.
• Maintain product quality and freshness standards.
• Train, supervise, and schedule department staff.
• Implement sales strategies to meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Address customer inquiries and requests professionally.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supermarket or grocery retail environment is essential.
