As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in leading a dynamic team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and driving store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Oversee stock management, merchandising, and store presentation.
• Manage rostering, coaching, and team development.

About You:

• Experience in retail management, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• A passion for customer service and operational excellence.
• Ability to drive team performance and achieve business goals.
