As an experienced recruiter, you’ll have full ownership of a permanent recruitment desk, working with established clients and building new relationships along the way. It’s fast paced, people focused and constantly evolving - As you know, no one day is the same.
Most of your day will be spent connecting with high calibre talent, continuing to develop a very warm desk, becoming a trusted partner with your customers - candidates and clients and working on roles that are critical.
The Role:As Principal Consultant, coming onboard with proven expertise, you’ll be confident in running a permanent 360 recruitment desk from start to finish. You know how to manage multiple processes at once, build strong relationships with clients and candidates and stay focused on delivering quality outcomes not just quick wins.
You’ll have the commercial maturity to understand business needs, ask the right questions and tailor your approach accordingly. Whether you're taking a brief, pitching talent, managing offers or providing advice, you know how to have momentum and keep close to the dollar!
You’ll be comfortable working to goals and KPI’s, self managing your desk and driving activity in a way that aligns with both short and long term success. You’ll also play an active role in team culture and development - contributing ideas, sharing wins and collaborating to get results.
Experience & Competency Checklist: - A minimum of 2 - 3 years of agency recruitment experience, with a genuine interest in the retail industry
- To the market, you should be the recruiter of choice to both clients and candidates in the retail sector.
- A high achiever who is inspirational across the RWR Group.
- Has initiative, identifies and takes a lead in opportunities for the wider business
- Proven successful management of running a full recruitment desk with the dollar value to match
- Strong commercial acumen; you understand your clients’ businesses, market challenges and ability to consult with data-led insights
- You don’t like to sit on an island - your preference is to hunt in packs!
- You enjoy fast paced environments, hitting the phone all day!
