The Role: Senior Sales Assistant (aka The Go-To on the Floor)

This role is perfect for someone who loves retail and wants to take the next step in responsibility. As Senior Sales Assistant, you’ll be a key part of the team; leading by example, supporting the flow of the day and helping to create a store environment that feels warm, calm and beautifully put together. You’ll step into leadership moments when needed, guide newer team members and bring a positive energy to every shift.

What You'll Be Doing

• Greet and connect with every customer, creating a relaxed and personal experience
• Offer styling support and genuine product recommendations based on individual needs
• Process sales and gift wrap with care and attention
• Keep the store clean, organised and visually on-brand throughout the day
• Support stock flow, restocking and merchandising
• Step up to guide and support the team when managers are off the floor
• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative and respectful team environment

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in fashion, boutique or lifestyle retail
• A natural communicator who’s confident, thoughtful and reliable
• Strong styling instincts and a genuine love of product
• Great attention to detail, from the shop floor to the stockroom
• Calm under pressure and always ready to jump in where needed
