The Role: Store Manager (aka The Heartbeat of the Store)

You’ll be the one setting the tone, building your dream team, bringing the brand to life and creating a space your community wants to keep coming back to. This role is hands-on, people focused and all about the details that make the experience feel special.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and mentor a brand new team; recruiting, training and inspiring with care
• Create a positive, inclusive and growth focused store culture
• Deliver an in store experience that’s thoughtful, welcoming and on brand
• Stay on top of operations: rosters, wages, compliance and all the day to day
• Bring a creative eye to visual merchandising and store presentation
• Keep the team focused and supported with regular coaching and goal setting
• Collaborate with head office across buying, VM, marketing and more
• Be an active presence in the local community as the face of the brand

The Experience Checklist

• 2+ years in a leadership role in fashion, lifestyle or concept retail
• A natural leader who brings empathy and clarity to the team
• Commercial smarts; you know your way around KPIs, reporting and wage control
• An eye for detail when it comes to how a space looks and feels
• A warm, approachable personality that people gravitate towards
