Your New Role: 

As a Site Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the business, responsible for creating a safe, efficient and customer focused environment. If you have a passion for retail, a flair for leadership and love getting results through people, this could be your next big move.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading a team to deliver outstanding customer service, every shift, every customer, every time.
• Creating a safety first culture where hazards are managed, incidents are reported and team wellbeing is top priority.
• Driving financial performance by keeping costs under control and hitting key site targets.
• Ensuring the site always looks its best; clean, well stocked and compliant with retail standards.
• Coaching, developing and inspiring your team to reach their full potential.
• Managing stock, cash, fuel deliveries and site security with precision and accountability.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven retail or hospitality management experience (fuel experience a bonus, but not essential).
• Strong leadership skills, you know how to build, coach and empower high-performing teams.
• A natural problem solver who’s confident in making decisions and taking ownership.
• Solid computer skills and an understanding of retail systems and reporting.
• A focus on safety, compliance and 'doing the right thing' in every situation.
