About the Role

Reporting directly to the State Manager, this position offers a hands-on leadership opportunity where you’ll drive store performance through coaching, product analysis, and team development. The business values honest, direct communication and thrives on collaboration across all levels of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and coach Store Managers across a cluster of 4 stores
  
  
• Identify team development needs and deliver effective training solutions
  
  
• Analyse product performance and identify opportunities at store level
  
  
• Partner with key stakeholders to drive customer engagement and brand consistency
  
  
• Create a culture of accountability, adaptability and growth
  
  
• Conduct regular store visits and maintain strong operational standards
  
  

You’ll Bring

• Area or Multi-Site Management experience within fashion, footwear, or boutique retail
  
  
• A calm, customer-centric leadership style with a genuine focus on coaching
  
  
• Strong product intuition and the ability to identify retail opportunities
  
  
• A history of working on the shop floor with a hands-on, solutions-first approach
  
  
• Experience working in slower-paced, service-led environments (not fast fashion)
  
  
• Analytical mindset – comfortable reviewing store data and turning insights into action
