Our client, a well-established and community-focused FMCG retailer, is on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead their team in beautiful Cooktown, Far North Queensland.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth, efficient processes
• Leading, training, and motivating a team of up to 50 staff
• Driving sales and maintaining high standards of customer service
• Managing stock, merchandising, and store presentation
• Building strong relationships within the local community
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company policies

The Perks:

• $75,000 – $80,000 base salary + Super
