To be successful in this position you will need:

• Experience within the retail sector (Jewellery, big ticket, accessories or fashion ideal)
• Managerial experience
• A proven track record in sales and staff development

• Results driven and sales focused
• Demonstrated ability to perform in a dynamic, sales & service focussed environment
• Polish
• Performance Management experience
