I'm on the lookout for a hands-on Retail Compliance Supervisor to join my clients team. It’s a mix of retail and compliance, designed for someone who loves being on the floor while taking on a few desk-based tasks here and there.
What you’ll be doing:

• Taking on Duty Manager functions while leading a small team, reporting directly to the Assistant Store Manager.
• Overseeing some compliance and keeping an eye on loss prevention.
• Spending most of your time on the shop floor (70%), with some time allocated to administrative tasks like CCTV investigations and  admin (30%).

What we’re looking for:

• A strong background in retail or loss prevention (we’ll teach you the compliance side – that’s the easy part!).
• Someone who’s comfortable taking on responsibility but thrives in a hands-on environment.
• A proactive problem solver who’s making retail their career of choice

The details:

• Hours: Non-negotiable evenings, but flexibility is on offer with a 4-day work week a possibility (Sunday to Thursday or Sunday to Wednesday, finishing at 9pm). 40 - 45 hours a week
• Salary - excellent wage on offer with plenty of opportunity to progress
