We are now on the hunt for a passionate Cluster Manager to lead their stores in the ACT. Your New Role: 

As Cluster Manager, you’ll be at the helm of two stores, leading your teams from the shop floor and driving a fun, energetic atmosphere. Here’s what you’ll get up to:

• Taking charge of the daily operations of two stores, ensuring everything runs like clockwork and delivering a seamless customer experience.
• Inspiring and coaching your team to hit big sales goals while making sure every customer leaves with a smile.
• Driving performance and smashing sales targets with your team’s collaboration and enthusiasm.
• Keeping things fresh with recruitment, training, and development, helping your people level up and grow with the brand.
• Managing stock, budgets, and keeping the stores looking amazing with visual merchandising that wows.

The Experience Checklist: 

• Flagship Store Management, Dual-Site or Cluster Manager experience within high volume fashion retail environments. 
• A natural leader who loves to inspire and motivate teams to reach their potential.
• Strong track record of driving sales and smashing targets while keeping operations smooth and fun.
• A love for delivering outstanding customer experiences and creating a buzz in your stores.
• Experience in training and developing your team, helping them grow and thrive.
• A big appetite for growth and the ambition to help the brand expand in Canberra!
