About the Job Role

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced working environment and the challenge of managing multiple tasks. As a Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and selecting candidates to fill job openings. You will also be expected to use your excellent communication skills to build relationships with potential candidates and maintain contact with them throughout the recruitment process. You will have the chance to work with an experienced team of recruiters in a collaborative environment where your ideas are valued.


• Ensure effective recruitment processes are in place to attract the best talent
• Source and screen potential candidates using a variety of methods
• Maintain relationships with hiring managers and provide advice on recruitment strategies
• Develop innovative strategies to identify, engage and retain suitable retail candidates 
• Organise and conduct interviews, coordinate assessments and manage offers of employment
• Provide accurate reporting on recruitment activities, including candidate tracking data

Desired Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience in retail recruitment and selection processes
• Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders
• High level of computer literacy including MS Office Suite
