Responsibilities • Manage a team of 8 retail staff with the support of the Store Manager, ensuring they are working to the highest standards
• Monitor stock levels and order new products as necessary
• Implement strategies to maximise sales and profitability
• Maintain excellent customer service standards at all times
• Provide reports on performance, sales figures and customer feedback
Desired Skills & Experience • Proven track record in a retail environment
• Experience in developing and managing teams
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of stock control systems and procedures
• Excellent customer service skills
