About the Job: 
  
We are looking for a passionate Assistant Manager to assist in leading a team of 7 in their beautiful Karrinyup store. Support the Store Manager to continue to build the brand in the Perth market and be a brand ambassador in everything you do. You will immerse yourself in the diverse and supportive culture, encourage and empower your teams to achieve outstanding levels of customer, team engagement and store standards. 

What you will Bring:  

• Passion for footwear, accessories and styling
• Leads by example, with an open and transparent communication style
• Results driven in achieving sales targets and maximising kpi performance 
• Experience in merchandising and stock management
• provide outstanding customer service
• A willingness to gain expertise in product knowledge
