Our Client:

Like most businesses, the story of this now iconic sleepwear & accessories business developed from a gap in the market that this founder identified and filled. Now the brand is part of one of Australasia's largest retail groups. 

The role: 

Will see you support the Store Manager and lead a roster of 15 with 3-4x on the floor at any one time. You will work the roster Sunday to Thursday, taking the lead on Sunday and Mondays, leading the team, ensuring store operations run smoothly across visual merchandising, stock management, achievement of KPIs and sales and of course, ensuring only the best customer service is delivered at all times. 

What we are looking for: 

-leadership experience in retail or hospitality, ideally at an Assistant Management level 
-experience working in fast, high volume environments 
-must understand KPIs and how to drive sales 
-have passion for delivering exceptional customer service
