Starting his retail career as a Christmas casual for a Big Box variety store, Laurence quickly found his passion for fast-paced customer service.  With an eagerness to succeed and strive for excellence, Laurence stepped up to the role of Department Manager which was the beginning of over 10 fulfilling years of retail Management with some of Australia’s biggest Large-Format businesses.  

With experience in all facets of management including maintaining client relationships and recruitment, Laurence always sees the best in people and prides himself on his personality, honesty and work ethic.

In his spare time, Laurence enjoys cooking for friends and family, watching his favourite AFL team Collingwood win games and will jump at any opportunity for an overseas holiday!
