The Role As Site Manager, you'll take full ownership of a dynamic retail environment. You'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving operational standards, managing compliance and safety, and ensuring your site runs like clockwork. You'll play a hands-on leadership role, stepping up when it counts and setting the tone for performance, service, and team culture.

You'll also:

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, from stock and cash control to visual standards
• Lead a culture of safety, service, and accountability
• Deliver and exceed performance KPIs across sales, cost control, and compliance
• Take the initiative to identify and implement improvements that drive results

What You'll Bring:

• Strong retail or hospitality management experience, fuel or convenience preferred but not essential
• Proven ability to lead by example and drive a high-performing, customer-focused culture
