About the Role

An exciting opportunity has opened for a commercially minded Store Manager to lead a high-traffic outlet location. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-moving, volume-driven environment and knows how to motivate large teams to consistently deliver sales, service, and operational excellence.

You will be responsible for driving strong daily performance, managing stock flow and VM in a clearance-style environment, and leading a team that can keep up with high footfall and rapid change. This role is ideal for a manager who enjoys working with big numbers, big energy, and big opportunity.

About You

You are an experienced Store Manager (or Senior ASM ready to step up) with a background in high-volume fashion retail or outlet environments. You are commercially sharp, confident with KPIs, and able to lead from the front while developing a strong, reliable team.

You will bring:

• Proven experience in apparel retail (fashion, footwear or accessories)
• Experience managing high-traffic or outlet locations
• Strong sales, conversion and stock management skills
• The ability to lead, coach and retain a team in a fast-paced environment
• A hands-on, energetic and highly organised leadership style
