About the role: As a Commercial Sales Specialist, you’ll partner with Account Managers, Key Account Managers, and in-store teams to ensure the smooth and efficient handling of quotes, tenders, and pricing for commercial clients. You’ll help drive sales growth by delivering accurate, timely, and customer-focused support that enables the business to win work and strengthen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and process quotes efficiently across multiple stores
- Work with account managers to develop and execute customer strategies
- Maintain accuracy in quoting, tenders, and price lists
- Monitor conversion rates, follow up on aged quotes, and identify improvement opportunities
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and suppliers
- Contribute to process improvements for better customer service
- Manage commercial inboxes to ensure prompt responses
- Support projects and provide relief for the Commercial Support Coordinator when required
About you: - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and database management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative team player with commercial acumen
- Experience in quoting, pricing, or commercial sales support is highly regarded
- Trade, tools, or hardware knowledge is a bonus, but not essential
