About the role:
As a Commercial Sales Specialist, you’ll partner with Account Managers, Key Account Managers, and in-store teams to ensure the smooth and efficient handling of quotes, tenders, and pricing for commercial clients. You’ll help drive sales growth by delivering accurate, timely, and customer-focused support that enables the business to win work and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and process quotes efficiently across multiple stores
  • Work with account managers to develop and execute customer strategies
  • Maintain accuracy in quoting, tenders, and price lists
  • Monitor conversion rates, follow up on aged quotes, and identify improvement opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and suppliers
  • Contribute to process improvements for better customer service
  • Manage commercial inboxes to ensure prompt responses
  • Support projects and provide relief for the Commercial Support Coordinator when required
About you:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and database management
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • A collaborative team player with commercial acumen
  • Experience in quoting, pricing, or commercial sales support is highly regarded
  • Trade, tools, or hardware knowledge is a bonus, but not essential
