The role: 
Are you a creative visual leader with a sharp commercial edge and a passion for fashion? We’re on the hunt for a Visual Merchandising Manager to take the reins of the Ladieswear department for a leading, trend-forward fashion brand.

Based in-store, you’ll lead and develop a team of 3-4 Visual Merchandisers, working closely with the senior team to elevate visual standards, drive product performance, and create inspiring retail experiences. With a vibrant, fashion-focused culture, this is a standout opportunity for a retail creative ready to take the next step.

Our client: 
Is an international phenomenon offering a wide variety of product across apparel, footwear, accessories and homewares! This role will be based at their Flagship New Zealand store at Sylvia Park!

Role responsibilities: 

• Leading all visual merchandising activity within Ladieswear - mannequins, displays, styling, floor moves, and campaign launches
• Coaching, training, and motivating a small VM team to deliver strong execution and keep the shop floor looking its best
• Collaborating with managers to align visual strategy with key trading priorities and promotional events
• Reacting to sales performance and trend insights to ensure the product is shown in its best light, every day
• Driving customer engagement through storytelling, styling, and attention to detail

What we're looking for: 

• A commercially driven mindset with strong awareness of how visuals drive sales and enhance the customer experience
• Excellent trend forecasting and fashion styling ability - you're up to date, intuitive, and creative
• Confident in sales analysis and reporting, able to turn numbers into visual actions
• Strong leadership skills - you're a people-first Manager who can coach, develop, and inspire your team to deliver high-impact results
