We’re searching for a senior, down-to-earth leader to step into a pivotal Store Manager role for a well-loved, community-centric large-format retail business in Whangarei, Northland. The opportunity:

• Lead and inspire a team of 90+ retail staff across departments including trade, inventory, and front-of-house
• Work within and help evolve a structure currently made up of a large management/supervisory team 
• No micromanagement here - they’re after someone with initiative, empathy, intelligence, and creative problem-solving
• Ideal for someone who acts without needing direction, brings kindness and capability, and operates with zero ego
