About the Role:
An exciting opportunity is available for a Store Manager to lead the team at Colonnades Shopping Centre. You’ll be managing a close-knit team of 5–7 in a dynamic, fast-paced store. You’ll play a key role in shaping team culture, elevating the customer experience, and driving commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor, develop, and coach team members to achieve individual and team goals
• Monitor business performance and proactively identify opportunities to drive growth
• Oversee stock management, deliveries, and replenishment processes
• Maintain high visual standards; execute store layouts, window displays and in‑store styling to align with brand guidelines and seasonal trends
