About the Role
Reporting to a Senior Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and inspiring Beauty Advisors across multiple channels. You will deliver engaging training, in-field coaching, and brand immersion to ensure exceptional customer experiences and strong sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver induction programs and brand training for Beauty Advisors
• Conduct pre-training coaching for new recruits
• Provide in-field coaching and development tailored to business needs
• Manage journey planning for store visits and training days
• Support major training events, conferences, and product launches
• Track training budgets and manage administrative requirements
• Share in-field insights to help shape future initiatives
• Champion digital learning platforms, uniforms, and event support

What You’ll Bring

• Passion for the beauty industry and luxury retail
• Strong presentation and communication skills – able to inspire and engage
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A creative and curious mindset with a willingness to try new approaches
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Awareness of training trends and multi-media platforms
• Previous in-field coaching or retail training experience
