About the opportunity:
We are working exclusively on this newly created Store Manager role in a brand-new retail store opening in early August, forming part of a wider wholesale and healthcare business that has been delivering high-impact, life-improving products to New Zealanders for many years. Now expanding into direct-to-consumer retail, the business is bringing its world-class assistive technology range into a showroom environment that allows people to interact with and experience the products firsthand!

You’ll be at the forefront of this exciting new chapter, leading a small, dedicated team and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a store designed to support individuals living with disabilities, the elderly, and those seeking trusted care solutions.

What you’ll bring:
We’re looking for a seasoned Store Manager or Senior Retail Leader with proven experience in driving team performance, service excellence, and operational smoothness. You may come from retail, healthcare, or appliance sectors - but what matters most is your empathy, drive, and ability to engage confidently with people from all walks of life.

This isn’t a fast-paced, high-foot-traffic environment - it’s a consultative, customer-first setting, so we need someone proactive, solutions-focused, and not afraid to pick up the phone, follow up a lead, or close a sale.
