About You:
  • Proven experience as a store manager, minimum of 2 years
  • Highly motivated, with a dynamic attitude that thrives on challenges and welcomes change
  • Previous experience in people management, with the ability to build a productive, enjoyable, and cohesive team environment
  • A strong sales focus and a track record of achieving outstanding results through forging long-lasting relationships 
  • Passion for training and motivating staff in sales and customer service
  • A strong work ethic, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive mindset
