The company & role:
Our brand is apart of the biggest luxury retail group, they are known for their trendy and ahead of the times ready to wear and accesories. They are looking for their next Department Manager to join their team in the bustling location of Chadstone and lead an engaged team. You will work cohesively with our Boutique Manager to achieve KPIS and adhere to company standards. 

Skills & experience:

• Previous retail management in a premium or luxury retail setting.
• Previous experience with CRM and clienteling.
• A passion for luxury fashion, and an understanding of the history.
• Willingness to go above and beyond to learn about our product and the brand. 
• Previous experience with inventory management and visual merchandising.
