The Company:
Is a well-established leading menswear retailer who are owned and operated here in New Zealand. We are looking for a stand-out Store Manager to join their reputable brand here in the Christchurch CBD. The Role:
In this job, you will be responsible for all retail operations and leading the team, including but not limited to: 

• Inspiring and developing a team of up to 4 to drive sales targets and KPIs
• Be a brand ambassador and work alongside and support our other Christchurch store
• Ensuring a high level of customer service is being provided
• Being a strong and genuine salesperson who enjoys building relationships with customers
• Product training, merchandising, stocktakes, stock management,  rostering, reporting

About you:
Our Client is looking for someone with a can-do positive attitude with proven experience in a similar role, you’ll also be: 

• Proven leadership exp in a Store Manager or similar position
• Hold a high standard of personal appearance and presentation 
• A passion for men's fashion and styling is a must!
• Strong computer and administrative skills
