About the role:
We are currently looking for our next Assistant Store Manager to join our Chadstone team. Within this role, you will work hand in hand with the Store Manager in leading your team of 10+ staff members. You will be responsible for role modelling fantastic customer service to our customers, and have an impact on in store operations to ensure the smooth running of the store. 

Skills & Experience:

• You will have previous Management experience in a retail environment
• Experience in leading a team 
• An understanding of inventory management 
• Ability to exceed budgets and targets
• A passion for design and retail as a whole
