Your New Employer:

Our client is a family owned premium Australian retailer providing contemporary casual & business wear. This Australian Menswear retailer has established and maintained a reputation for providing their customers with quality products and styles.

Your New Role: 

Reporting directly into the Area Manager, you will play an integral part in the day to day operations of this high performing Castle Hill location. You will oversee all day-to-day operations including inventory, visual merchandising, and rostering, ensuring the store is functioning at maximum operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities will also consist of:

• Ongoing training, coaching & mentoring with your team over 8+ direct reports.
• Going above & beyond to create & maintain long lasting customer relationships.
• Promoting a positive workplace where everyone is excited to come to work and be a team player.
• Inventory, operations, visual merchandising, rosters & budgeting as well as KPI management.

You Will Be:

• An experienced retail manager, who has mastered the art of juggling multiple plates at once, whether it be customer service, stock or training and developing your team. 
• A go-getter, who encourages collaboration within the team. You will be extremely positive, energised & hands on. 
• Extremely knowledgeable of inventory management & store operations, as well as have a passion for premium fabrics and styling.
