About the company:
Our brand is apart of an Australian premium retail group specialising in apparel. Thus brand sells versatile, high quality and timeless products and looking for a motivated manager to join their Flagship store. 

About the role:
You will join our elegant boutique in the heart of Armadale and lead an excited and engaged team. You will lead from the front by delivering an exceptional customer service experience to everyone that walks in. You will also have control over operational tasks for the store including visual merchandising, inventory management and team management. 

Skills & experience:

• Previous retail management experience, ideally working in a premium apparel space.
• A passion and connection with our product, and being excited to share it with our customers. 
• Amazing communication skills with not only customers but also team members to ensure store running smoothly. 
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience working towards structured visual merchandising guidelines. 
• Previous experience with stock management.

• $65K + Super
