Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a creative individual with strong leadership skills and a background in merchandising. Customer aftercare is a crucial part of this role, so experience in customer and client aftercare is essential. The successful candidate will be passionate about luxury interiors, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, and committed to achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in leading and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Ensure the store layout and displays reflect the brand's luxury image and appeal to our client's target market.
• Provide exceptional after-sales service to your customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
• Use your creative expertise to assist customers in styling their homes with our client's luxurious range of products, providing personalized design advice and recommendations to enhance their living spaces.
• Train and develop staff to enhance their product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications: 

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a retail environment, preferably in luxury interiors or a related industry.
• Strong merchandising skills with an eye for detail and design.
• Exceptional customer and client aftercare experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
