A unique opportunity to join such an exciting brand! We are looking for an energetic, experienced and passionate leader to join one of our top performing stores in Victoria. You will work cohesively with your Regional Manager and in store Management team in delivering an exceptional service, exceeding KPIS, adhering to visual merchandising standards, operational tasks including inventory control and team management. 

Skills & experience:

• Previous retail Store Management experience, ideally managing a team of 10+ and in a fast paced environment!
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high energy environment!
• Experience in team management eg. performance reviews. 
• A can do and innovative attitude to support your team. 
• Experience working towards visual merchandising guidelines and strong inventory management control.
