The Opportunity

The Richmond Mall store has high stock flow, a loyal customer base, and huge potential to lift performance. With a down-to-earth, supportive Regional Manager behind you, you’ll have the freedom to bring energy, structure, and pride to the team.

What You’ll Enjoy

• Base Salary upto $65k with some flex depending on experience
• Tuesday–Saturday roster (40 hours) | No late nights

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead a team of 10–15 and create a culture where people enjoy coming to work. This is a store where great operations matter — and where the right leader can truly turn things around.

Your role will include:

• Coaching and developing a newer team
• Creating a positive, engaged store culture
• Keeping both the shop floor and backroom running smoothly
• Driving KPIs and improving daily performance
• Maintaining high store standards and presentation
• Managing stock flow, rosters, and all daily operations and admin
• Delivering warm, helpful service to loyal customers

What You’ll Bring

• Retail leadership experience of 5+ years (large-format or high-stock a bonus)
• Strength in operations and attention to detail
• A warm, clear, people-first leadership style
• Confidence in lifting performance and setting expectations
• The energy to nurture newer staff and build great morale
• A genuine passion for customers and community
• Must have full NZ Working rights (no sponsorship/holiday visas)
