Your New Role:
You’ll be based in the main standalone store at Hurstville while leading two nearby concessions within the same centre. You’ll have full responsibility for your own store team while supporting the concession managers to deliver great results and consistent brand standards. It’s a hands-on leadership role that suits a confident Store Manager who enjoys developing others and taking on broader responsibility. You’ll still be close to the floor, leading by example, while gaining experience managing across multiple spaces.

The Day to Day:

• Lead, train and inspire your teams across the main store and two concessions to deliver strong sales and service outcomes
• Create an engaging and inclusive team culture built on communication and accountability
• Support the concession managers with coaching, feedback and clear development plans
• Keep your locations looking their best through consistent visual and operational standards
• Review business performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion, UPT and overall results
• Collaborate with your Area Manager to share insights, celebrate wins and plan for continued growth

Experience Checklist:

• Strong background in fashion or apparel retail with proven store management experience
• Confident leading teams, driving sales results and maintaining visual excellence
• Organised and able to balance priorities across multiple locations
• Clear and supportive communicator who builds engagement and accountability
• Passionate about fashion, styling and creating a standout customer experience
• Adaptable, proactive and ready to take on broader responsibility
