About the Role
As Assistant Store Manager at Brisbane DFO, you’ll step into a newly created full-time position in a high-volume outlet store. Working alongside your Store Manager, you’ll support day-to-day operations, lead and coach the team, and ensure stock moves seamlessly in and out of the store. Outlet retail experience will help you hit the ground running, but above all, this role is about thriving in pace, volume, and delivering a standout shopping experience.

What You Need

• Previous retail leadership experience, ideally in fashion
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work with pace
• Commercial mindset with a focus on budgets, KPIs, and wage control
• Confidence coaching, motivating, and developing a team
• Outlet experience advantageous but not essential
