About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Store Manager to lead a strong team in a busy setting. In this role, you will:

• Champion a customer-first culture, ensuring your team consistently delivers outstanding service.
• Be a visible presence on the shop floor, motivating your team and driving engagement.
• Build and maintain a high-performing workforce, supporting development and growth.
• Oversee compliance, safety standards, and operational excellence across all stores.
• Manage rosters, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maintain brand standards.
• Lead marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive sales performance.

This role requires flexibility, including early starts, late nights, weekends, and public holidays, as part of a rotating leadership schedule.

What You’ll Bring
To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• A minimum of 5 years’ management experience in fast-paced retail.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development skills.
• Proven experience managing stock, merchandising, and operational compliance.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A track record of achieving KPIs and driving business results.
• Flexibility to work varied hours in a high-demand environment.

• Experience within big box/large format is desired
