Your New Role

As Concession Manager, you’ll run the concession like it’s your own business. You’ll be accountable for sales, service and operations, while building and coaching a team that reflects the brand’s standards. This role suits someone commercially minded who thrives in leadership and enjoys working in a client-focused environment.

What You Will Get Up To

• Lead and develop a team to deliver excellent service and styling advice.
• Take responsibility for sales results, setting goals and following through with action plans.
• Manage rosters, wages and stock to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Keep the concession presentation at a high standard, working closely with department store teams when needed.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, focusing on clienteling and repeat business.
• Recruit, train and mentor staff, creating a pipeline of talent for future growth.

The Experience Checklist

• Previous experience managing a fashion retail store or concession.
• Strong record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Confidence in leading, motivating and developing a team.
• Knowledge of rostering, stock and day-to-day retail operations.
