We’re seeking an experienced Concession Manager to lead the success of multiple premium fashion brands across several concession pads within a leading department store within Northland shopping centre. You’ll take full accountability for sales performance, team leadership, brand presentation, operational excellence, and customer experience.

You’ll act as a brand ambassador, uniting and inspiring your team to deliver personalised service and drive results. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for a commercially minded leader with a strong fashion retail background.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and rankings across all brand concession pads
• Personally lead from the front, delivering exceptional customer service
• Use data insights and reporting to influence key decisions and actions
• Collaborate closely with store and floor management teams to maximise brand exposure and performance
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, focusing on succession planning and retention
• Maintain brand standards across all visual merchandising and presentation
• Ensure compliance across rostering, labour planning, stock control and company policies
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

• Previous management experience in retail (concession experience highly regarded)
• A passion for fashion, styling and customer service
• Proven ability to drive sales, hit KPIs and lift team performance
• Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills
• Commercial acumen and experience using data to inform decisions
• High emotional intelligence and a professional presentation
• Ability to build rapport with stakeholders and influence outcomes
• Experience managing operational processes including stock control, rostering and visual merchandising
