Key Responsibilities:

• Lead your department to deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive sales performance
• Motivate, coach, and develop your team to reach individual and collective goals
• Plan and execute commercial and visual strategies to maximise product impact
• Analyse department performance and take action to improve results
• Oversee stock levels, deliveries, and replenishment to ensure product availability
• Ensure health, safety, and operational standards are consistently met
• Collaborate with Store Management to support overall store success and team engagement
