What You’ll Be Doing:

• Taking the reins of an exciting new retail location and making it your own
• Leading, motivating, and inspiring a passionate team to smash sales and service goals
• Owning your store’s performance across KPIs, stock loss, and team development
• Creating vibrant, visually on-brand store environments customers love to shop
• Working closely with Learning & Development to keep your team ahead on product knowledge and trends
• Overseeing salon operations and ensuring every guest leaves feeling their best

What We’re Looking For:

• You’ve run a high performing store (ideally in the hair or beauty space – but not essential!)
• You’ve managed teams of 4+ and love building up your people
• You’re results driven, thrive in a fast paced setting, and deliver next level service
• You’re organised, love a well stocked shelf and a clean, on point store aesthetic
• You understand retail KPIs, visual merchandising, and loss prevention like a pro
• You’re ready for your next career step in a fun, collaborative and ever growing brand
