The Role:
As the Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales and client engagement while leading a passionate team in delivering outstanding customer service. What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years of leadership experience in luxury retail, preferably in luxury, premium, made-to-measure, suiting or high fashion.
• A mature, empathetic, and level-headed nature, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
• Passion for luxury fashion, with an eagerness to learn about the brand's heritage, fabrics, and made-to-measure service.
• Enthusiasm for being part of a close-knit, supportive team.

• Lead by example as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Drive store sales, KPIs, and client engagement strategies.
• Oversee administrative tasks such as invoicing, transfers, stocktaking, and reporting.
• Engage with and build long-lasting relationships with customers, offering tailored advice on products including their renowned made-to-measure service.
• Assist in managing daily store operations and team performance.
• Mentor and coach your team to achieve sales success.
