About the Role:

As part of the leadership team you’ll lead a high-performance store, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. With a focus on leadership, you’ll motivate and mentor your team to exceed targets while managing day-to-day operations with energy and vision. Oversee a diverse range of men’s and women’s and children's apparel and footwear, inspiring your team to combine style with service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a large, diverse team to deliver excellence in customer service and sales
• Analyse key commercial reports to drive store performance and exceed KPIs
• Ensure VM and store presentation aligns with global standards
• Manage stock, inventory and shrinkage through effective operational processes
• Recruit, train and mentor future leaders within your store
• Create a positive, fast-paced and high-energy environment that reflects our brand values

• Proven experience in retail management, ideally within a high-volume or fast-paced setting
• A commercial mindset with a sharp eye for sales opportunities and operational efficiencies
