Responsibilities: • Provide support to the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in leading, motivating and developing a team of retail staff
• Ensure that the store is compliant with all company policies and procedures
• Monitor stock levels, pricing accuracy and promotional compliance
• Manage customer service standards in line with company guidelines
• Monitor performance of staff against KPIs to ensure targets are met
Desired Skills & Experience: • Proven experience in a retail setting
• Knowledge of stock management and merchandising
• Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
