Our Client: Is an international fashion leader, known for providing fast fashion in mens, womens and kidswear, they also extend to accessories, shoes, swimwear and beauty products.
With a large store situated in the busy Sylvia Park, this store is always filled with loyal customers looking for the next great trend.
The role: Is a unique HR position where our client is not necessarily after an experienced HR professional, rather a retailer by trade that has an interest / passion for HR and is motivated to progress their career down this path.
Some key responsibilities include: - Rosters
- Training & Development
- Performance management including at times confrontational conversations
- Payroll & time and attendance
- Recruitment support
- Ensuring the store is adhering to local NZ employment and HR legislation
This role is based in store at Sylvia Park so you will have to be comfortable working in a fast paced, fast moving environment.
Perks to the role: -$65k per annum
-Monday - Friday
-2x per year wardrobe allowance
